I have been a massage therapist since 2004, and my practice has spanned four states: Missouri, California, Oregon, and Colorado.

I have been fortunate to work in top tier spas, including Burke Williams Pasadena, Ginger Bay in St. Louis, and Forbes 4-Star rated Remede Spa at the St. Regis Aspen.

It is my philosophy that integration of the body and mind will lead to deeper personal agency for the massage receiver.
